You can return items within 14 days of delivery. If we made a mistake or your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right—covering the return and issuing a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Otherwise, refunds will have a $9.99 return fee deducted, but returns for store credit and exchanges are free. If exchanging, we’ll ship your new piece once we receive the original.
All items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
