Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry from the79th, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@the79th.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1210 S GLEBE RD, PO BOX 4183, ARLINGTON, VA, 22204.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in unworn, unused condition, with all original packaging. You can keep all personalized notes or pouches (if any).
To start a return, contact us at hello@the79th.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. You must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return label, or the return will be voided.
- Returns for a refund to your original payment method will incur a $9.99 return shipping and processing fee, deducted from your refund.
- Returns for store credit or exchanges are free.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, you can contact us about making an exchange to return your original purchase. We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in unworn, unused condition, with all original packaging. You can keep all personalized notes or pouches (if any). We’ll process the exchange at no additional shipping cost.
Damages, Incorrect Orders & Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@the79th.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, report it to us within 48 hours of the delivery notification for further investigation.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at hello@the79th.com.
Unaccepted Returns
All returned items are subject to inspection. To be eligible, jewelry must be unworn, unused, scratch-free, and returned in its original packaging, including boxes, and any certificates provided.
Returns showing signs of wear (such as scratches, dents, skin oils, lotions, perfumes, or other product residue) or alterations (resizing, engraving, polishing, etc.) will not be accepted.
If a return does not meet these requirements, you will be notified and may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we will refund the item cost minus shipping fees and applicable return costs. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
